  1. I don’t get this , is it a place to bring your craft that you make and sell it to the shoppers , is it like a craft fair or do you just show your stuff ??

    • Hi Fred, it’s not a shop or store window, its a workshop, a place to make things, may be that you haven’t considered making before or with people that you haven’t met before. There’s computers, 3D Printers, teaching areas, small wood-shop. It’s just started, so plenty of scope for development, depending on who joins. We are open to visitors on Wednesday nights 6-9pm, drop by and take a look.

  2. WOW, this is quite fascinating. I’m contacting you on behalf of 7-8 members of a QB Discussion Group from the Senior Centre. One of the topics raised at a recent meeting was 3D Printers and their uses. Quite frankly for some of us it seemed mind-boggling and we had difficulty grasping the concept,

We heard about your centre and your 3D printers and we wondered if we came on a Wednesday evening, would there be someone there to enlighten us? I understand that John Eyre (forgive me if I have the wrong spelling) may be the person who usually does the demos, so if you or he thinks an alternate time may be more suitable for a group this size, perhaps we could make an alternate appointment that may work better.

I appreciate your efforts and look forward to hearing from you. If you’d prefer to telephone me, my number is 250-927-7741.

    Thank you in advance,

    Lynne McGarrigle
